Compassionate therapy for children, teens, adults, couples, and families for all ages & stages in Baldwinsville

Many people in Baldwinsville remember this building as the Teamsters Hall, a place that brought the community together. Today, we're honored to write its next chapter. As the home of our Van Buren counseling office, this space is dedicated to supporting mental health, fostering connection, and creating opportunities for healing for people of all ages.

We're proud to preserve a place that has always brought people together. Now, that purpose is centered on healing, hope, and community.

Groups, Workshops & Community Events

Healing doesn't always happen one-on-one. At our Van Buren office, we offer opportunities to connect with others through therapist-led groups, educational workshops, and wellness programs designed to build support, encourage growth, and remind you that you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.

Growing Through Grief

Community Partnerships

We're proud to donate space to the CUS Foundation for their Survivors of Suicide Loss Support Group. By making our space available at no cost, we're able to support the important work already happening in our community and help ensure there is a welcoming place for people to come together, connect, and find support.

It's one of the ways we hope to continue the legacy of this well-loved building as a place that brings people together.

“Communication was top-notch and the final outcome was even better than we imagined. A great experience all around.”
