Healing doesn't have to happen alone. Therapy groups offer a supportive environment where individuals can connect with others who share similar experiences, gain new perspectives, and build practical coping skills under the guidance of a licensed therapist. Whether you're seeking support, personal growth, or connection, our groups provide a welcoming space to learn, heal, and grow together.

Growing up comes with challenges, and every child deserves a safe place to be heard. Our children's therapists use age-appropriate, evidence-based approaches to help children build emotional regulation, confidence, communication skills, and healthy coping strategies. We work closely with families to support each child's growth, whether they're navigating anxiety, behavioral concerns, life transitions, grief, trauma, ADHD, or other emotional challenges.

The teen years can bring unique challenges, from school stress and friendships to anxiety, depression, identity, family conflict, and major life changes. Our therapists provide a supportive, judgment-free space where adolescents can express themselves, build healthy coping skills, strengthen resilience, and gain the confidence to navigate life's ups and downs. We work collaboratively with both teens and their families to support lasting growth and well-being.

Families don't come with a roadmap, and every family faces challenges at times. Family therapy provides a supportive space to strengthen communication, navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and work through life's transitions together. Our therapists help families better understand one another, develop healthier patterns, and create stronger, more connected relationships.
Groups, Workshops & Community Events
Healing doesn't always happen one-on-one. At our Van Buren office, we offer opportunities to connect with others through therapist-led groups, educational workshops, and wellness programs designed to build support, encourage growth, and remind you that you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.

Community Partnerships
We're proud to donate space to the CUS Foundation for their Survivors of Suicide Loss Support Group. By making our space available at no cost, we're able to support the important work already happening in our community and help ensure there is a welcoming place for people to come together, connect, and find support.
It's one of the ways we hope to continue the legacy of this well-loved building as a place that brings people together.
