Upcoming Events

  • Yoga with Rochelle Rude by Sober Curious CNY

    Sunday, March 15th 5:45-7:15PM

$21 | PTR Holistic Health & Wellness Center in Manlius

8219 Market Pl, Bldg 10, Manlius, NY 13104

Join us at the PTR Holistic Health & Wellness Center for a 90-minute experience designed to support reflection, movement, and conversation around our relationship with substances.

The evening will begin with a brief check-in led by licensed therapist Tracy Carmody, creating a welcoming space to ground ourselves and set intentions for the session.

From there, yoga instructor Rochelle Rude will guide participants through a gentle, accessible yoga practice focused on mindfulness, breath, and reconnecting with the body.

We’ll then close the evening with a therapist-led wrap-up discussion with Tracy, offering time for reflection and open conversation about what came up during the practice and how curiosity can help us better understand our relationships with substances.

This experience is designed to be supportive, judgment-free, and welcoming to all, whether you are sober, sober curious, or simply interested in exploring mindfulness and self-awareness in a community setting.

Spaces are limited. Reserve your spot early to ensure you can participate.
