We’re approved moderation-friendly therapists and treat individuals, couples, and groups.

  • A form of psychotherapy that helps people build psychological flexibility. Rather than trying to eliminate difficult thoughts or feelings, ACT teaches you how to accept them, create space for them, and focus your energy on what truly matters to you.

  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is a type of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) primarily used to treat Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). ERP helps individuals face their fears and reduce compulsive behaviors through a structured, gradual approach.

    How it works:

    1. Exposure: You are safely and gradually exposed to thoughts, images, objects, or situations that trigger anxiety or obsessive thoughts.

    2. Response Prevention: You are guided to resist the urge to perform compulsive behaviors (like checking, washing, or counting) that normally follow these triggers.

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a type of therapy that helps people manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and cope with stress in healthy ways. It combines mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness skills to create balance between acceptance and change.

  • Internet-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) is a form of CBT delivered online, allowing individuals to work on their mental health from home. It uses structured modules, exercises, and therapist guidance to help manage anxiety, depression, OCD, and other conditions, making therapy accessible, flexible, and effective.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapy designed to help people process and heal from traumatic experiences. By combining guided eye movements with focused recall of distressing memories, EMDR helps reduce the emotional impact of trauma and promotes adaptive coping.

  • Person-Centered Counseling focuses on you as the expert on your own life. Our therapists provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, build self-awareness, and work toward personal growth at your own pace. We emphasize empathy, respect, and collaboration, helping you find the solutions and strengths that already exist within you.

  • Psychodynamic Therapy helps you understand how past experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns influence your current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By exploring these underlying dynamics in a supportive, reflective environment, you can gain insight, self-awareness, and healthier ways of coping.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy helps you understand and harmonize the different “parts” of yourself. By exploring these inner voices—such as the critic, the protector, or the wounded child—you can heal past wounds, reduce inner conflict, and connect with your true self in a compassionate and balanced way.

  • Narrative Therapy helps you reframe the story of your life. By examining the narratives you tell about yourself and your experiences, you can separate yourself from problems, uncover strengths, and create a more empowering path forward.

  • Somatic Experiencing is a body-focused therapy that helps you release trauma stored in the body. By tuning into physical sensations and gently processing stress responses, it supports healing, resilience, and a greater sense of calm and safety.

  • Integrative or Eclectic Therapy blends techniques from multiple therapeutic approaches to meet your unique needs. By tailoring strategies to your goals, it provides a flexible, personalized approach that supports growth, healing, and lasting change.

  • Trauma-Informed Therapy provides a safe, supportive approach that recognizes the impact of past trauma on your mental and emotional well-being. Our therapists focus on understanding your experiences, building trust, and empowering you to heal at your own pace.

  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) is a goal-oriented approach that helps you identify practical solutions and build on your strengths. Instead of focusing on problems, it emphasizes what’s working, what you want to achieve, and the steps to get there, making therapy efficient and empowering.
