A therapy group for women, led by Hannah Sloan, LMHC

Coffee & Connections is a weekly therapy group for women who are exploring their relationship with alcohol in a more intentional, supported way. Whether you’re cutting back, taking a break, or simply becoming more aware of your habits, this group offers a space to reflect without pressure or labels.

Led by Hannah Sloan, LMHC, this group blends clinical insight with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Each session includes guided prompts, music-based reflection, and open discussion to help you better understand patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and feel more connected to yourself and others.

LEGO® Social Skills Group

Tuesdays 5:45–7:00 PM

Paths to Recovery Van Buren Location

A therapy-based social skills group for boys ages 7–9

This small-group experience uses collaborative LEGO® activities to help children build confidence in social interaction through play, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. Guided by a licensed therapist, participants practice important social and emotional skills in a supportive, structured environment designed to feel engaging and low-pressure.

Through shared building activities, children have opportunities to work on:

  • Communication and conversation skills

  • Cooperation and teamwork

  • Emotional regulation and frustration tolerance

  • Flexible thinking and problem-solving

  • Confidence in peer interaction

  • Listening, turn-taking, and perspective-taking

This is a therapist-led group focused on social growth and connection, while still allowing kids to learn naturally through creativity and play.

Group Details:

  • Boys ages 7–9

  • 5-week group

  • Baldwinsville location

  • Limited to 7 participants

Parents will briefly connect with the therapist before and/or after sessions as needed to support carryover outside of group.

Gardening Through Grief

Starting summer 2026

Gardening Through Grief is a therapist-led group experience designed to gently support individuals navigating loss, change, and healing. Led by Tracy Carmody, LMHC, CASAC-M, this group combines hands-on gardening activities with guided reflection, conversation, and emotional support in a calm and welcoming environment.

Together, participants will explore themes of grief, renewal, connection, and personal growth while engaging with the grounding process of planting and caring for something living. No gardening experience is needed.

This group is part of the Growing Through Grief series through Paths to Recovery Mental Health Counseling.
