Stephanie Strzelecki MHC-LP
Hi there! I am excited to begin working with you and/or your family! I like my counseling space to be warm, safe and inviting as we explore the reasons you have began on this self reflective journey. I am confident in working with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, family dynamics, school behavioral concerns, ADHD, and a specialty area of women and addiction. I incorporate a variety of techniques including play therapy for our littlest of friends. Additional areas of practice include treating eating disorders, healing from domestic violence, coping with work place stress, and support for processing trauma.
I have experience working with Women and Substance use. I also have experience working with children (ages 5+). I provide a person centered, solution focused approach making you, as the client feel like the space is all yours. Whatever you are willing to share, I make sure to provide you with respect, empathy and guidance.
As a therapist who uses person-centered therapy, I find it exciting when a client can recognize their strengths (and weaknesses) through therapy. Therapy is a growth process and reaching out for help is the first step, look at you go! Reach out if you would like to build a self growth process for you or your child!
