Kyler Grice-Holland, MHC-LP

I’m a compassionate, client-centered therapist who believes in meeting people where they are and creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and judgment-free. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from LeMoyne College and my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY Oswego. My clinical training includes completing my internship at Helio Health, followed by working as a clinic-based therapist at Liberty Resources, before transitioning into my current role at PTR.

I enjoy working with adolescents, teens and adults who are navigating a wide range of diagnoses and life challenges. I have a particular passion for supporting older adults and seniors, as well as individuals diagnosed with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). I strive to understand each client’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals, and I tailor therapy to honor what matters most to you.

My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, focused on helping clients build insight, resilience, and practical tools for everyday life. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, seeking clarity, or simply looking for a space to be heard, I aim to offer a steady, empathetic presence as you move toward growth and healing at your own pace.
