Megan Carson
I believe everyone has the capacity for growth and change when given the right support and space. I work with individuals who are ready to be open, do the work outside of sessions, and explore deeper patterns that may be holding them back.
My approach is person-centered and psychodynamic, creating a warm, nonjudgmental environment while helping you gain insight and make meaningful, lasting changes. I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, communication, and boundary-setting.
I’m especially passionate about supporting women in complex roles, including stepmothers and “bonus moms,” who often face unique and isolating challenges. I also enjoy working with women navigating life transitions, including perimenopause and building healthier habits.
With a background that includes an MBA, I bring a practical, goal-oriented lens to therapy—helping you align your personal growth with the life you’re building.
If you’re ready to go deeper and create lasting change, I’d be honored to work with you.
